What is a lot
A lot bundles 2 or more pieces from the same seller into one sale with a single price and an automatic discount vs the individual sum.
Useful for full series ("Maple Leaf 2020-2024"), themed sets or thinning inventory.
Create a lot (seller)
- Go to My lots → New lot.
- Pick 2+ products of yours in PUBLISHED state. No drafts, no reserved/sold.
- Set the lot price (EUR).
- Upload a cover image of the whole lot.
- Title + description.
- Publish.
Discount is computed automatically: (individual_sum − lot_price) / individual_sum, shown to the buyer as "-12% vs buying separately" or similar.
Lot states
- DRAFT — saved, not public.
- PUBLISHED — visible on /marketplace?lots=true and seller profile.
- RESERVED — a buyer has started payment.
- SOLD — sale completed.
- WITHDRAWN — pulled by seller or moderation.
While PUBLISHED, the constituent pieces cannot be sold separately. Withdraw the lot → they become available again.
Buy a lot (buyer)
- Open the lot page from /marketplace or the seller profile.
- You'll see:
- The list of pieces in the lot (each linked to its individual page).
- Lot price vs sum-of-individuals, savings highlighted.
- Shipping mode and fees (same as any GSG sale).
- Click "Buy lot". Payment goes to escrow as usual.
Lot shipping
The seller packs all pieces in one shipment (modality A or B, like any sale). Each piece keeps its own traceability (cert, photos) inside the lot.
Disputes
If you open a dispute over a lot, you can specify which piece is faulty. Resolution can be partial (refund that piece) or full (refund the entire lot).
Fees
GSG fee applies to the lot price, not the individual sum. Same rules: 5% standard, 3% Premium, 4% on lots ≥€5,000.00.
