Selling at Gold Silver Global is simple. You choose your piece in our catalog, set the price and get paid with protected payment. These are the steps.
Your seller level
- Unverified Private Seller. You registered without verifying your identity. You can have pieces listed up to €1,000 in total across all your active listings.
- Verified Private Seller. You have verified your identity. You list without that limit.
- Verified Professional. Mints, shops, distributors and anyone who sells as an economic activity. They verify their company before the first listing.
If you buy to resell or sell regularly, you must move up to Verified Professional.
Identity verification
You need a valid ID or passport and a check that it is really you. Professionals also provide the company's tax document and a bank account in its name. It is free and done only once.

Steps to sell
1. Identify your piece in the catalog At Gold Silver Global free-form listings are not created. You search for your piece by text or by photo and confirm which one it is. The platform sets the title. If your piece is not in the catalog, you request that a new reference be added.
2. Complete the listing Upload between two and eight real photos of your piece, front and back, with the full label if it comes in a certified capsule. State the condition, declare any alteration and set your price. You can add a description, which is automatically translated into each buyer's language.
3. Moderation We review every listing before publishing it and let you know when it goes live or if something needs to be corrected.
4. Sell At a fixed price or with "Make an offer", if you turn it on. You set the lowest price you will accept.
5. Ship You ship it yourself within your dispatch time, or the piece is already in the GSG Vault strongroom and we ship it.
6. Get paid When the protection period ends, the money goes to your balance, once the commission is subtracted, and you withdraw it to your bank account.
When you get paid
The protection period starts with confirmed delivery. If the buyer opens a claim, the release of the payment stops until it is resolved.

You are paid in the currency you declare, with no currency conversion charges, into an account in your name.
Commission
You pay a commission on each sale, calculated on your price, excluding shipping, insurance and taxes, with a minimum per order. The private seller pays the professional rate plus 3 points. The buyer is not charged a commission. The exact figures are on the Fees page.

Three ways to sell
- You sell and ship. You list, sell and ship directly to the buyer with tracking, insurance and the packing video. If you are a private seller and the buyer requests GSG Verified, you send the piece to the GSG Vault strongroom and we send it to them verified.
- GSG Vault Custody. You send the piece to the GSG Vault strongroom before selling it. The listing goes live with the GSG Vault seal and, when it sells, we ship it.
- GSG Vault Full. In addition, we catalog, photograph, write the listing in the website's languages and publish it for you. Designed for inheritances and large collections.

If you ship
- Hand the package to the carrier within your dispatch time, counted in business days from when payment is confirmed. If you do not state another, it is 1 business day.
- Upload the tracking number no later than the following business day.
- Record a continuous, uncut video from the moment you show the piece until the package is closed, with the carrier's label visible.
- Keep the video and the receipt for at least 90 days.
Certified pieces
Pieces in a capsule from a recognized company (PCGS, NGC, CAC, ANACS, ICG or NCV) show their certificate on the listing. A numerical grade, such as MS70 or PF69, can only appear if that label says so.
Rules worth knowing
- Same price as elsewhere. Your price at Gold Silver Global cannot be higher than the price you ask for the same piece on other websites, including your own, excluding shipping.
- Everything inside the website. Payment and delivery are always completed at Gold Silver Global. Contact details are not shared.
- Prohibited items. Before listing, check what cannot be sold.
