Before publishing your first piece you must complete KYC. Professionals and companies also need extra paperwork and a verified IBAN in your name.

1. Publish the piece
Upload sharp photos and specify metal, weight, fineness, year and condition. For high-value pieces we recommend a certified slab (PCGS, NGC).
2. Moderation
Our team reviews every listing before it goes live. Usual turnaround is under 24 business hours.
3. Receive offers, bids or direct sale
You can accept counter-offers, run auctions with anti-sniping, or use fixed price with 'Buy now'.
4. Ship the piece
Choose direct shipping (record a packaging video) or GSG custody (we ship it after verifying it on site).
5. Get paid
When the buyer confirms delivery or 24 hours pass after registered delivery without a dispute, the payment is automatically released to your IBAN.
Sales commission
The default commission is 5% on the final price. Verified professionals and Premium pay less. High-value pieces (above €5,000.00) have a separate rate.

Shipping options
You can ship yourself (recording a packaging video) or hand the piece to GSG custody so we verify and ship it. Option B builds buyer confidence on premium pieces.
