Before listing
You need:
- KYC approved.
- Verified payout method — Stripe Connect active or IBAN + approved ownership document.
- Complete fiscal data.
Without these, listings stay as drafts.
List a piece
Go to My products → New listing. Fill: title, description, photos (min 1, recommended 4–6), numismatic data, sale mode, shipping preference.
Then AI + human moderation reviews (4–24h). Once approved → published.
Fees
- 5% standard
- 4% verified professionals
- 3% Premium sellers
- 4% on pieces ≥€5,000.00
Fee is deducted when escrow releases. Buyer pays no extra.
When you get paid
After delivery + 24h no dispute:
- Stripe Connect: automatic per your Stripe schedule.
- Manual IBAN: 1–3 business days from GSG.
Don'ts
- ❌ Sharing contact details off-platform.
- ❌ Generic catalog photos.
- ❌ Overstating condition.
Auctions & offers
For uncertain pricing use auction mode (auto-bid + anti-sniping) or counteroffers (up to 2 rounds).
Certified pieces (slabs)
If your piece is encapsulated by PCGS, NGC, ANACS or ICG, tick the cert option in the listing form and add the cert number + grade. Buyers see a certification badge + holder photo, which raises trust and price. See Slabs and certification.
Numismatic lots
You can bundle 2+ pieces in a lot with a single price and an automatic discount over the sum. Great for themed sets or full series. See Numismatic lots.
Promoted listings (Premium)
Premium sellers get 4 free boosts per month to feature listings on /marketplace. Each boost lasts 7 days. See Promoted listings.
