Follow a seller
From any product page hit "Follow seller". You'll get a notification when they:
- List a new piece.
- Drop the price on a piece you already favourited.
- Open a new auction.
Alerts go via email + bell notification (and push if enabled).
Unfollow
Open the seller's profile → "Unfollow". Manage everyone you follow at My follows.
Your public collection profile
By default your profile is not public. It only becomes public if you opt in from My profile → Privacy. Strict opt-in.
When you turn it on you choose:
- A handle (e.g.
@madrid_collector) — unique on GSG. - An optional short bio.
- Whether to display your favourited items.
Your public profile lives at /u/[handle] and shows only what you allow.
What is NEVER shown
Even with the public profile on, the following data never appears:
- Real name, surname.
- Email, phone, address.
- IBAN or payment data.
- KYC documents.
- Orders placed or received.
Blocking followers
Per-follower blocking is not offered today. To go dark, turn off the public profile — the handle becomes inaccessible. Selective blocking follows the general opt-out — contact support for manual intervention.
