Why
GSG never sends money to an unverified account. If you use Stripe Connect, Stripe already verified you. If you prefer SEPA, you must prove the IBAN is yours.
Accepted documents
- Recent bank statement (≤60 days) showing your name + IBAN.
- Certificate of ownership signed by your bank.
- Screenshot from your bank's website with name + IBAN + date.

How to upload
My profile → "Payout account" → fill IBAN + holder → upload document below.
Review
Finance team reviews in 24–48 business hours:
- Pending ⏳
- Approved ✅ — IBAN payouts enabled.
- Rejected ❌ with reason. Re-upload.
Common rejection reasons
- Name not visible.
- IBAN doesn't match profile.
- Statement older than 60 days.
- Blurry or cropped image.
