Who can promote
Sellers with an active Premium subscription only. Promotion is bundled in the plan — no extra fee per boost.
If your Premium lapses or is cancelled, active boosts run their course but you can't start new ones until you reactivate.
How many boosts you have
- 4 free boosts per month.
- Each boost lasts 7 days.
- Counter resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). Unused boosts don't roll over.
What a boost does
While active, the product:
- Appears at the top of /marketplace results (above organic listings).
- Carries a "Featured" badge on the card.
- Shows up in the homepage carousel and "Recommended" block.
How to promote
- Go to My products.
- On the piece you want to feature, click "···" → "Promote".
- Confirm. The boost starts immediately.
You'll see a countdown plus boosts remaining this month.
What can NOT be promoted
- ❌ Drafts (DRAFT).
- ❌ Sold or reserved pieces.
- ❌ Withdrawn or moderation-suspended pieces.
- ❌ Listings pending approval (PENDING).
The button is disabled with a tooltip explaining why.
Stacking with other levers
- ✅ Works with any sale mode (fixed, auction, private offer).
- ✅ Compatible with lots.
- ⚠️ If the piece sells before the boost expires, the boost closes automatically — but the slot is still counted as used for the month.
